Ductwork fabrication

This is the part most integrators subcontract. We do it ourselves: the duct, the fittings and the hoods, in our own shop.

A welded seam running around the flange of a large rolled duct section on the shop floor, bolt holes punched through the plate.
A DCG fabricator welding a rectangular sheet-metal transition laid out on the shop bench, hand tools and a square beside it.
The fittings between the hood and the collector are laid out and welded on our own bench.

What we fabricate

Spiral and rectangular duct in galvanized, carbon and stainless. Custom fittings, elbows, transitions and blast gates. Capture hoods built to the geometry of your specific process rather than pulled from a catalog. Washdown-rated stainless for food and pharmaceutical environments.
