What we do with your information

Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

One form on this site asks for information: the quote request. It collects your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. Only the name and email are required.

Our host records standard technical information with each submission — the IP address it came from and the browser used — which exists to identify spam.

What we do with it

We read it and we reply. Submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to the person handling enquiries. We keep them as long as we need to respond and for our own records of who has contacted us.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Tracking

We measure how this website is used so we can make it more useful. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not follow you to other websites, and we do not show you ads. None of this tells us who you are by name. The only way we learn your name is if you send it to us.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics tells us which pages are read, how visitors found the site (a search, LinkedIn, a direct link), the type of device and browser, and roughly where visits come from, down to the city. It also counts how many quote requests come in from each source. It sets cookies (named _ga) that recognize a returning browser for up to two years. We see this only as totals and trends.

Company identification

We use Leadfeeder to see which companies visit the site. When a visit comes from a business network, such as a plant or office connection, Leadfeeder matches that network's IP address to the organization it belongs to and shows us the company name and the pages viewed. It identifies organizations, not people, and a visit from a home or mobile connection usually shows no company at all. It sets a cookie (named _lfa) to recognize a returning browser.

Your choices

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of the above loads. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work: Netlify, which hosts the site and stores form submissions, and our email provider, which delivers the notification, plus the tracking services named above: Google for Analytics and Dealfront for Leadfeeder. We do not sell or share what they collect for anyone else's marketing.

Your information, on request

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call us, or send it through the contact form, and a person will handle it.
