Process Fan Design & Selection

DCG selects process fans and blowers based on your airflow requirements, system resistance, material characteristics, and operating conditions. We evaluate the demands of your application to identify equipment that delivers the performance your process requires while integrating with the overall dust collection or industrial ventilation system.

Equipment Supply & Sizing

We specify and supply industrial fans and blowers sized for your application, considering airflow, static pressure, temperature, and operating requirements. From dust collector exhaust fans to process air movement, DCG helps match the right equipment to your system for reliable, efficient operation.

System Integration & Fabrication

A process fan must work with the ductwork, filtration equipment, hoods, and other components connected to it. DCG coordinates fan selection with system design, custom sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, and related equipment to create an integrated solution tailored to your facility and process.
