Cartridge dust collectors

A cartridge collector packs pleated media into a fraction of the space a bag unit needs, making it an ideal solution for most fine, dry industrial dust. Properly sized, it delivers long filter life and reliable airflow. Poorly sized, it can lead to premature filter loading and frequent replacement.

Sized for your application

DCG selects and sizes Donaldson Torit cartridge collectors based on your material, airflow requirements, and operating conditions. Proper sizing helps maintain reliable airflow, maximize filter life, and deliver effective dust capture for your process.

Complete system integration

A dust collector is only one part of an effective system. DCG integrates collectors with fans, ductwork, pickup points, and discharge equipment to create a coordinated solution designed around your facility and production requirements.

Engineered for your facility

From equipment placement to duct routing and support structures, DCG develops practical solutions that account for your available space, existing equipment, and installation requirements. Our team connects equipment selection with the engineering needed to make the system work.

From equipment to installation

DCG brings equipment supply, engineering, custom sheet metal fabrication, and mechanical installation together under one contractor. From initial design through installation, we help simplify project coordination and deliver a complete dust collection solution.

What we supply and install

We specify and supply the collector, then fabricate the hoods and ductwork and handle the mechanical install in-house — rigging and setting the unit, hanging duct, building the support steel, and tying it into your building. Start-up, airflow readings at every pickup point, and balancing are part of the job, not a change order.
